Aluminum flat profile for cooling LED stripes

Aluminum flat profile for cooling LED stripes. The additional cooling of the LED flexbands significantly increases their service life and also makes mounting easier, because the self-adhesive back of the stripes can be fixed well on the smooth aluminum.

WATCH OUT: Since aluminum expands when heated, between the individual aluminum profiles approx. 2-3mm distance should be maintained.

Description

General information:

Due to the good heat absorption and thermal conductivity of aluminum, these flat aluminum profiles are ideal for cooling LED Stripes / Flexbands. For mounting the aluminum profiles in the stucco moldings and light profiles, we recommend the "UKDM adhesive", also available in the shop.

The use of aluminum cooling profiles in combination with LED Stripes has 2 major advantages:

1) It increases noticeably through the better cooling of the LED tapes their lifespan.
2) The LED Stripes on the smooth surface can be attached very well
(self-adhesive backing of most LED flex bands).

Practical tip:
Since the aluminum expands during heating, a distance of approx. 2-3 mm should be taken into account when attaching the individual profiles in between.

Of course, if you need help with the determination of the mounting material, we will gladly help you at any time.
