Yes, it absolutely does make sense and should be done always, for one, ,because it further increases the luminous power of the LED strips and second, the light color is not affected by the green raw material of the lighting profiles for indirect lighting (the premium variant has a white coating on the inner side as well).

May I use all types of LED strips with your stucco / lighting profiles and what should be observed?

All LED strips for indirect lighting may be used; however, we recommend attaching an aluminum rail (for improved heat dissipation) between the stucco and the LED strip always. Especially powerful LED strips are not placed on the profile anymore, but are attached to the wall along with the aluminum rail behind or above the profile. Your local specialist will know more.

Are your stuccos and lighting profiles for spotlight integration suitable for damp locations (spa area)?

Yes, due to the top-quality raw material, all stucco and lighting profiles do not absorb humidity and have been used in multiple damp areas such as spas and indoor swimming pools.

Some of your stucco / lighting profiles for spotlights are very large. Would it be possible to precut miters?

Which angle shall I best use to attach the LED strip to the lighting profile?

There is no generally valid rule for this as this very much depends on personal taste; you may want to try different settings yourself. Moreover, the emission angle of LED strips varies quite often, and this fact correspondingly also has its impact on the indirect LED lighting.

Can I improve the luminous power by sticking tinfoil onto the inner surface of the lighting profiles?

Yes, this is an often used possibility to further increase the luminous power of LED strips in stucco profiles for indirect lighting (wall and ceiling).

How are the butt and glue joints of the premium variant covered/finished after mounting?

The butt and glue joints of the premium variant are covered after mounting by painting them with solvent-free wall paint just as the stucco profiles are. It is important to use top-quality stucco glue (such as our "ADEFIX") for assembly. This one is easy to paint and the butt and glue joints can easily be given their finish.

What shall I use best to coat/paint the lighting coves (standard variant)?

Generally, the stucco profiles can be painted using any standard solvent-free wall color. It is important, however, to apply primer 1-2x to the stucco first and then have the finishing coat applied (depending on opacity of the paint) after mounting the stucco profiles.

Which spotlights may I use with your lighting profiles for spotlight integration and what do I need to observe?

It must generally be observed to only use spotlights / LED spotlights approved for wood constructions. Contact your local dealer in case of doubt.
