Information on Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within one month without giving reasons. The revocation period is one month from the day,

- you or a third party indicated by you but not being the carrier acquired the material possession of the goods in case you ordered one or multiple merchandize in the course of a uniform order and this/these is/are uniformly delivered;

- you or a third party indicated by you but not being the carrier acquired the material possession of the last merchandize in case you ordered multiple merchandize in the course of a uniform order and these are separately delivered;

- an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Teilsendung oder das letzte Stück in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat, sofern Sie eine Ware bestellt haben, die in mehreren Teilsendungen oder Stücken geliefert wird;

In order to exercise your right of revocation, please send us (Benjamin Dullinger, Pram 1, 4770 Andorf, Phone: +43 676 5702585, E-Mail: info@bendu.de) an unequivocal statement of revocation of the contract (e.g. via mail, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample revocation form but it is not mandatory.

The timely dispatch of the revocation shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term.

Consequences of Revocation:

We will reimburse all payments made in connection with this contract, including shipping charges but except additional costs arisen from your differing choice of shipment if you chose to exercise your right of revocation; the refund is carried out immediately or within fourteen days latest from the day of receipt of your revocation of the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for the initial payment if nothing has been explicitly agreed upon otherwise; you will not be charged for this refund in any way.

We may refuse to reimburse until the merchandize has been returned or until you have proven the return shipment thereof, whichever takes place first.

The merchandize must be returned or shipped to us immediately but within fourteen days latest after the date on which you stated your revocation of the contract. The term is met if the merchandize is dispatched prior to the end of the fourteen days period.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment of both merchandize suitable for parcel shipping and merchandize not suitable for parcel shipping. The costs for merchandize not suitable for parcel shipping are estimated to be about approximately EUR.

You will have to pay a possible loss in value of the merchandize only if this loss in value has been caused by your handling of the merchandize in excess of the required inspection of condition, qualities, and functionalities.

Reasons for exclusion and expiry:

The right of revocation does not hold for contracts

- of supply of not pre-manufactured goods which need an individual selection or specification by the customer, or which are obviously custom-made to meet personal requirements of the customer;

- of supply of goods which will easily spoil or reach their expiry date quickly;

- of supply of alcoholic beverages for a price determined upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and their prices depend on variations on the market upon which the vendor has no influence;

- on the supply of newspapers and magazines but not subscriptions.

The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts

- on supply of sealed goods which are exempt from returns for health protection reasons or hygiene reasons after having their seal removed after delivery;

- on supply of goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their characteristics after delivery;

- on the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed boxes if the seal is removed after delivery.
