The custom-made boss corners / boss stones are made of very fine-pored rigid foam and are suitable for both facade design in new buildings and facade design in old building renovations, including thermal insulation facades. A particular advantage of these boss corners is the pre-assembled 90° angle. This eliminates the need for elaborate gluing of individual boss plates in the corners, significantly reducing installation time and simplifying the process.

With the additional quartz sand coating in the PREMIUM version, the boss stones achieve a slightly rough, sandstone-like surface. This coating provides additional protection against weather influences and also serves as an ideal base for subsequent coatings (diffusion-capable, solvent-free facade paint).

How does the process work if I want to order custom-made boss stones?

The process is quite simple. All you need to do is provide us with your desired dimensions (width x height x leg length) and the approximate quantity of boss stones you need.

By the way, we offer the boss stones as standard in 3 possible edge shapes (see diagram above). So, you can choose between "Bevel," "Hollow Scoop," and "curved edge finish," or you can also inform us of your individual edge preference.
